- When you're ready to set your base, dip your Velvet Powder Puff lightly into the Velvet Setting Powder.
- Before applying directly to the skin, gently tap the puff on the back of your hand to remove excess product and distribute the powder evenly.
- Using soft pressing motions, pat the powder into the skin to set your makeup and create a smooth, airbrushed finish.
- Apply to areas where you want to control shine, blur texture, or lock your base in place.
